Cargill beat- River Tay. Again the Tay fishing summer has been affected by very high water. All we can hope for is a dry spell now to let the water run off. There are lots of fish running the Tay just now is which appears to be the strongest grilse run in years. So they are there to be caught we just need a helping hand with the water levels.
