Cargill beat- River Tay

Cargill beat- River Tay. 1 fish landed on upper Cragill today. It came to the worm and was taken in the Rumbling stone pool and weighed at just obver 5lb. 3 other fish were hooked in the afternoon including a grilse on the fly. In the afternoon a few grilse were showing as they moved through the beat. The river level is still low at -1inch.
