Cargill Beat - Tay Salmon Fishing Season Opening Day
Beautiful winter weather for the opening day of the 2012 salmon season. Robbie macGregor of Anglers Choice Dundee playing a kelt on the spinning rod.No fresh fish caught but a great day had by all. 7 kelts and a rawner was the bag for the day.
Paul Devlin of Galsgow angling centre playing a rawner of the fly.
Conditions are good, river sitting at 4ft a great chance of a Springer.
