Cargill beat- River Tay High river level take shine off opening day.

Not much fishing was done at Cargill on opening day in the high river levels and torrential rain yesterday. Consequently our road into the beat washed away in a flash flood as we were leaving. The river has now hit 15ft and is still rising.
